Zinpa Health Drink is produced by fermenting dates and is considered the first natural Iranian soft drink. Fermentation is a metabolic process in which organic molecules are broken down by microorganisms and converted into other molecules. In the case of drinks, it can be said very simply that fermentation is the process in which sugars are converted into various acids and gases, for example, the conversion of grape sugar into alcohol or apple sugar into vinegar occurs through fermentation. Food fermentation has a very long history, especially in Asia, and its history dates back to 6,000 BC, when the Chinese fermented various fruits, honey, and rice to make natural and nutritious drinks. Scientists have proven that fermented natural substances have a significantly greater impact on human health than the unfermented form of the same substances. The main reason is that during the fermentation process, beneficial bacteria or probiotics grow in the drink, which are extremely beneficial for the digestive system, immune system, and heart health. Most ancient civilizations knew about this method and its benefits, and the production of vinegar from dates, apples, and various sugary fruits was common among the Persians, Babylonians, and Egyptians. Even the ancient Greeks had a popular drink that was made from a combination of vinegar, honey, and water.

We decided to create the first Zinpa health drink based on one of the most beneficial fruits, namely dates. In addition to having positive effects on the digestive system, regulating cholesterol, and treating anemia, dates are one of the richest sources of antioxidants, and as we know, antioxidants are not only essential for strengthening the immune system and preventing diseases such as cancer, but also play an important role in the health and vitality of the skin.

To produce Zinpa health drink, the highest quality dates are prepared and natural grape flavoring replaces artificial essential oils. Also, probiotics that are created as a result of fermentation are a type of natural food preservatives and give you peace of mind about the long-term storage of drinks. Therefore, Zinpa drink does not contain any added sugar, artificial flavors, or preservatives, and its consumption is suitable for all people of all ages and physical conditions. Since dates are a natural sweetener, Zinpa drink is recommended for dieters and athletes, especially since it is highly energizing and you can replace this product with unhealthy energy drinks that are rich in sugar and caffeine before exercise.
